Curriculum Choices: 2017-18

Choosing curriculum each year comes down to quality, style, and budget. We have no allegiance to any particular brand, but try to choose based on our family's needs.

This year's curriculum has been the easiest and best decision of my life. All in One Homeschool  is a full-scale, challenging curriculum, and it's FREE! It was developed by a homeschool

mom who continues to update the site and provide it to the rest of us for free.

I love this curriculum. My kids love this curriculum.  Need. I. Say. More.

I will be writing more posts on using Easy Peasy including ideas for making a teacher planner, student notebooks, and more!

Jellyfish (11th grade)
  • Consumer Math (Lifepac-Alpha Omega)
  • Bible Doctrine (Lifepac-Alpha Omega)
  • American Literature (allinonehighschool.com)
  • Chemistry (allinonehighschool.com)
  • Psychology (allinonehighschool.com)
  • Foundations (allinonehighschool.com)
  • Spanish II (allinonehighschool.com)

Millie (3rd Grade)

Math, LA, Geography, Science, Bible (poetry), Art, Music, Typing

Bella (Preschool)

We are doing activity based learning and I am gathering my resources. We are working on letter recognition, counting, shapes, seasons, and motor control.
We are 8 weeks into the 2017-18 school year, and it is going great! The kids spend a few quality hours each day doing school, and then the afternoon is free to spend reading or doing math games or playing outside.
